How can I retrieve my product details?
To retrieve product details:
Sign in to your account, and click on Menu, then My Account. In the tabs at the top, click on My items. This will show all of the products that you currently have for sale on the site. Find the one you wish to edit and click the Edit link next to its details in the table. Any changes are resubmitted for moderation before the update takes place.
How can I modify a description of a product which is awaiting moderation?
Users are always able to edit their product details, but each time they change anything the product needs to be re-moderated. To modify a product, follow the instructions above to take you to the edit page, then make your changes and click save.
How long before my product will be available on line?
Once you have uploaded your item it will be checked by our team. As soon as the item will go online you will receive an email to alert you. Users will receive an email, an in-site message and a notification in the notification area at the top of the page.
How will I know when my item has been bought?
Users will receive an email, an in-site message and a notification in the notification area at the top of the page.
How can I withdraw an item from sale?
In order to do this users will need to go to the edit product view as described in the first question, and then click on the Withdraw item link at the bottom of the page.
How can I withdraw all items from sale?
This will have to be done one at a time. There is currently no way of removing all items at once.
How can I delete my account?
By going to My Account, then clicking on Settings and navigating to the Site Settings tab. There will be a button titled 'Delete account'. Users will be prompted to confirm by re-entering their password, to ensure they don't do this by mistake.
How can I reduce the price of my item?
Go to the edit product view as described in the first question, and then update the price of the product. When you save the product it will be resubmitted for moderation and will need to be approved before the change is reflected on the site.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, go to the home page, and click on the button titled Create Account. Then either click on Register with Facebook and enter your Facebook details, or fill in the Create New Account form below.
How can I monitor my order?
Sign in to your account, and click on Menu, then My Account. In the tabs at the top, click on either Orders: placed or Orders: received.
How can I change my nickname?
You can change your nickname by going to My Account and clicking Edit my profile in the sub menu. At the top of the page there is an option to change your username.
